Fall 2024 Public Nights
We'll host public open nights on the following Wednesdays during the Fall, weather allowing (please check here or on social media the day of the event for our weather decision):
- September 18 and 25, 7:30 - 8:30 pm
- October 2, 9, 16, and 23, 7:00 - 8:00 pm
- November 6, 13, and 20, 6:00 - 7:00 pm
We'll also host a special Halloween event the last week of October! Please check back for details.

April 8, 2024 Solar Eclipse
BSU hosted hundreds to view the April 8, 2024 solar eclipse.
The BSU Observatory is dedicated to educating and sparking an interest in science, particularly astronomy, in the regional community.

The BEAR Team, funded by the NASA MASGC (Massachusetts Space Grant Consortium), is a group of students dedicated to observational astronomy research.
